We obsess over food bank reporting and doing things the right way. We make sure that we provide food banks with guidance on inputting information and using reports.

Accountability, Advocacy, Accessibility, Collaboration

We push each other to do the right thing the right way.

That’s accountability.

To us, the knowledge is just the tip of the iceberg. We need to understand hunger so we can help the people who feel it every day.

We need to present the world with information that is objective and accurate to dispel myths about food banks and put a face to hunger.

That’s advocacy.

But this can never happen unless food banks can use our software. So we price our system to fit the budgets of food banks of different sizes, we help our clients access the technology and training they need and we provide materials to the food banks we work with so they can get the most out of our software.

We promote an intake process that makes accessing a food bank both a comfortable and dignified experience and encourage asking only the questions needed to better advocate for clients.

That’s accessibility.

We know we are just one link on this chain; we can’t do it until we all work together. Food banks, private business, governments, not for profits, we all play an important role in eliminating hunger.

We want to be the link that brings everyone together and we’re committed to building a strong chain of food banks and partners around the world, one link at a time.

That’s collaboration.
