Content Development Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and manage a content plan and editorial calendar that supports and enhances strategic business objectives, partner initiatives, and demand generation campaigns
  • Develop SEO-driven content for marketing materials including emails, website, one-pagers and other assets. Copy and landing page testing, various A/B testing, etc.
  • Ensure brand and tone is consistent across website and all marketing collateral
  • Managing landing page setup and form integrations using WordPress

Email Marketing Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele
  • Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
  • Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence
  • Distributing emails through the use of automation software
  • Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign

Social Media Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and execute a strategically driven content calendar across all social media platforms and manage the day to day process of posting and scheduling
  • Develop social KPIs and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights and
  • Conduct social media monitoring of competitors on an ongoing basis
  • Respond and engage with Link2Feed’s online community and forward issues to management

Knowledge and Skills

  • Must have a university degree, or college diploma, in a relevant field such as marketing, business, English, public relations, communications, and/or have equivalent work experience.
  • High-impact storytelling skills that evoke emotion and inspire action
  • Demonstrated success using digital and print content to generate leads and sales
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices in digital content creation
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Word Press or Zoho Campaigns experience an asset

This is a full-time work-from-home position. Computer equipment provided. Candidates must provide high speed internet access.
